Cancellation policy

We understand that life gets busy, and we want your experience at North Star to be as stress-free as possible. When you purchase a package, you are agreeing to the following policy:

Cancelling or rescheduling individual sessions within your package:

• Sessions cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance can be rebooked at no charge.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and deducted from your package.

• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Cancelling a package:

• Packages cancelled within 7 days of purchase and before any sessions have taken place will be fully refunded.

• After 7 days or once any sessions have been used, packages are non-refundable. However, any unused sessions will remain as credit valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

Payment plans:

• For payment plan purchases, the second payment is charged automatically one month after your initial purchase.
